Refund & Exchange Policy
14 Day Refund Policy
Except for 'Special Orders' (see below), a full refund will be honoured where the watch is returned undamaged, unworn, unsized with complete and undamaged paperwork. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods to register the return and you must send the watch back by Royal Mail Special Delivery. All returned watches will be examined closely.
Should there be any need to vary the refund policy on your order (for example on a non-stock watch especially ordered in for you from an authorised dealer or manufacturer) then you will be contacted immediately, prior to the order being processed, to obtain your consent.
Our refund policy does not affect your rights under the 'Sale of Goods Act 2015' where in certain circumstances a full refund of all costs (including 'Special Orders' where we have notified you that the refund & exchange policy has been varied) may be applicable.
Please note that once the watch has been worn, which may include bracelet sizing, then the watch is deemed to have been received in full working order. In the unlikely event that the watch then develops a fault this will fall outside of the refund & exchange policy and a repair under warranty will be necessary.
14 Day Exchange Policy
We are happy to offer exchanges under the same terms as our 'Refund Policy'. However, there will be an additional £20 delivery fee to pay to cover the cost of sending out the replacement watch.
30 Day Christmas Exchange Policy
Please note that for orders delivered in December we will honour a 30 day exchange policy to cover the Christmas period.
Orders cancelled will still be subject to the refund and exchange policy, unless cancelled by 5pm on the date of the order, whereby all costs and charges will be refunded in full.

Please note that we may have to vary the refund & exchange policy for these orders.
