Please take note of the advertised delivery times as they are usually accurate. Please call us if you need faster delivery as we can check our dealer's stock lists which would reduce delivery to just a few days. However, if we incur additional costs by doing this it would result in us reducing the discount slightly.
Please note that our delivery times are accurate on the basis that either the dealer or the manufacturer has the watch in stock, which is usually the case. However, sometimes watches have to be ordered in from Switzerland causing a delay which is beyond everyone’s control. We will always do our very best to minimise this delay and keep you updated.
For UK orders, once we have received your watch (each watch has an advertised delivery time), the watches are sent out by Royal Mail Special Delivery (£20 - fully insured) with delivery usually guaranteed next day by 1pm. For an additional premium of £10.00 this delivery time can be brought forward to before 9am. For international orders, once we have received your watch (each watch has an advertised delivery time), the watches are delivered by DHL (fully insured) and delivered in around 2 working days.
Delivery - Next working Day
For some of our best selling watches, we are able to carry a small stock and still ensure the dealer stamped warranty is current. These watches can be delivered to you on the next working day by either the 1pm or 9am service. However, you must ensure that your order is placed and confirmed by 4pm on the day of ordering.
Delivery - Off Mainland
Please allow an additional 1-2 working days for Royal Mail to deliver off the mainland to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, BFPO Boxes etc.
Delivery - Finance Orders
Please note that the delivery time only commences once you have replied to our ‘Order Confirmation Email’ and we have processed your deposit.
Orders paid by Credit Card, PayPal or finance will only be delivered to the registered address. For orders paid by Debit Card, Bank Transfer or a cash deposit at any HSBC bank then we will accept an alternative delivery address.
Very occasionally, a particular model may be out of stock with both the dealer and manufacturer. In these cases, known as ‘back-orders’, we will notify you of the delay as soon as possible.
Once the watch is signed for, by anyone at the delivery address, it will become your responsibility. This is an important consideration when nominating a work address for delivery. For your information, watches are packed in a plain brown box with our initials SWD Ltd with no mention of the word "watch" on the box.
